A comprehensive Patron Experience Audit performed by an objective and professional restaurant critic with ten years experience both internationally (London, Tokyo, Paris) and locally. Our carefully-selected ‘mystery diner’ is also a trained food journalist, who has previously worked as a restaurant consultant and PR executive in some of the top firms in London with renowned restaurant and chef clients (including Gordon Ramsay).

What to expect:
An exhaustive and objective evaluation using a checklist made up of 88 points, focusing on everything from first impressions, cleanliness, steps of service, upsells, overall attitude, knowledge, detailed analysis of food quality, presentation, atmosphere, interior design, online presence and much more.
